Drink a mixture of marshmallow root and water to help increase lactation. Red raspberry tea is also helpful.
Home Remedies to Increase Lactation – Milk and Cinnamon
Drink a cup of milk with one half a teaspoon of finely ground cinnamon mixed with it every night before bed time.
Home Remedies to Increase Lactation – Fenugreek
Take three capsules, three times a day for the first ten days and then drop to two capsules, three times a day for ten days, then one capsule, three times a day for ten days. This method is not recommended for women with diabetes.
Home Remedies to Increase Lactation – Fennel
Mix one half a teaspoon of fennel with milk or any acceptable drink daily.
Home Remedies to Increase Lactation – Cumin Powder
Mix one teaspoon of cumin powder and one teaspoon of sugar with warm milk every night after dinner for three to five days. This is one of the proven home remedies to increase lactation.

Cinnamon and milk really work! I found this out by accident when I had drank a glass of milk and then drank a thermos of coffee brewed with lots of cinnamon my babysitter gave me. I had tried Fenugreek, Marshmellow, Blessed Thistle AND Reglan all of which worked little to none for me. But the milk and cinnamon really do the job. I also found that honey helps boost my milk supply too.
